The JV Spikers Crushed The Warriors

     Gregory’s JV Spikers came out on a win on Tuesday night against St. Francis. Gregory won the first match 25-14, second match was a loss of 25-16, and the third match was a tough win with 15-13 Gregory.

      Allison Ekroth had the most kills adding up to be 4. She also had 3 spikes. Jacey Feyereisen was right behind her with 3 kills, along with 3 spikes, 1 assist, and 1 ace. She also came in second with 4 digs. Mackenzie Feyereisen and Ivy Ekroth came in behind with 2 kills. Mackenzie also had a good night with picking up 5 digs and 3 spikes. Ivy had 2 digs and 3 spikes, along with 1 ace. Megan Preslicka topped the serving aces that night with 4, along with 3 digs, and 3 spikes. Morgan Drey had 3 hits. Maddie Eklund had a productive night also with 3 digs, 3 spikes, 1 kill, and 1 ace. Brandi Colford came along with 3 digs, 3 spikes, and 3 aces.

      Coach Emily Rasmussen is hoping for a fun-filled winning season. She said there are a lot of young girls and not a lot of experience, but with a lot effort they can do it. There were a lot of positive things on the court, but still a lot to work on. Overall it was a good first game to start off the JV season!
