WiLdKats Defeat Gorillas to End the Season

On Tuesday, the Gorillas traveled to Kimball to take on the WiLdKats. In the first quarter, the score was 20-7 with the Gorillas down by 13. In the second quarter, the score was 30-16, the Gorillas trailing again by 14. In the third, the WiLdKats pulled ahead with a score of 48-21. But in the fourth, the Gorillas couldn’t catch up losing 63-26. Coy Determan had 13 points to end the game.

On the offensive side, the team was 9/48 for 19% from the field. The team was 5/6 for 83% from the free throw line. The team was also 3/24 for 13% from the three-point line. C. Determan’s 13 points were followed by Tommy Determan’s seven. T. Determan had two of the three offensive rebounds.

On the defensive side, the team had six steals, two blocks, and 17 rebounds. T. Determan had five defensive rebounds, C. Determan had four, and Garret Roeder and Bryan Eagle Star each had two.
