The Gorillas traveled to Wolsey last Friday to take on the Warbirds. The Gorillas fell short with a score of 34-13. Even though the Gorillas scored first and we’re only down by one touchdown at halftime, they couldn’t pull ahead of the Warbirds after four quarter.

On offense Caleb Stukel rushed nine times for 59 yards and he scored two touchdowns. Stukel had one first down and three receptions for 50 yards. Grant Thomas attempted 26 passes and made eight of them having 83 yards. Thomas rushed 10 times for 19 yards. Tyler Murray rushed two times for seven yards. Beck had three receptions for 24 yards and rushed nine times for 71 yards. He also had three first downs and he scored one point by a field goal.

On defense Beck had 13 tackles. Stukel had nine tackles. Garret Roeder had 10 tackles. Rhoss Oliver had seven tackles. Luke Murray had one interception for 15 returning yards.

The Gorillas will be traveling to Miller to take on the Rustlers. The game will be starting Friday at 7 p.m.
